General Terms and Conditions of Sale (EN)

1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between DCC PRODUCTION, micro-enterprise in Vaugneray, France, SIREN 518 708 912, and its global clients. Any order implies unreserved acceptance.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Prices in euros, net of taxes (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B French CGI). Payable upon receipt or agreed milestones. Late payments incur penalties at three times the legal interest rate plus a €40.00 collection fee.

3. EXECUTION OF MISSIONS

Services performed according to agreed specifications. Provider remains free in working methods; client provides necessary access and elements.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Provider retains IP rights. Transfer of rights to deliverables is effective only upon full payment.

5. LIABILITY

Bound by an obligation of means. No liability for indirect damages or loss of turnover.

6. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Subject to French law. Jurisdiction assigned to the Commercial Court of Lyon.
